Refund policy
At NOCS Interior, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We strive to provide outstanding quality, excellent value, and top-notch service.
If you wish to return an item, or have decided not to keep it, please return it to us within 7 calendar days in its original packaging with the label attached. Depending on the situation, we can either exchange the item or refund its cost. All returned goods must be in new and unused condition, accompanied by a copy of your original delivery note. Please note that returns are at your own expense, as we do not provide free return shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and no later than 7 days after delivery, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
When reporting damage, please include:
- Photos of the box with the shipping label clearly visible
- Photos of the protective packaging inside the box
- Photos of the damaged item (if multiple items are damaged, please include a group photo)
Important: Orders shipped on pallets must be returned on the original pallet. Slight differences in color, material, or design are not considered defects, as all our products are handmade from natural materials, and minor variations are part of their charm.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
