The TRIBE stool isn't really a stool — it's a piece of functional art with a job. Hand-carved from a single piece of Mungurr wood, finished in deep natural black, each piece is unique. The grain, the slight variations in shape, the way the wood catches light — all signs that this is a real object, not a mass-produced one.
Mungurr is a dense, characterful hardwood from Indonesia. Carved by hand, it keeps the marks of the maker and the memory of the tree. Two TRIBE stools placed next to each other will never be identical. That's the point.
